Sein Bass ist das Aushängeschild der legendären Gitarrenmanufaktur Fender, deren weltweiter Master Class der Bassisten er seit 1984 angehört.

Nun kommt er mit seiner eigenen Band auf Tour. Das Programm besteht zu großen Teilen aus Titeln der vorgenannten Bands und Künstler, aber auch eigene Titel gehören mittlerweile zum Repertoire.

Darauf angesprochen, sagte er anlässlich eines Interviews: “Ich fange gerade erst an“… Dies lässt den Schluss zu, dass man von Tony Franklin zukünftig noch weit mehr hören wird.
